APOLOGY TO ONLINE CUSTOMERS: We are no longer able to supply TREK bikes to our online customers, unless they can call to our shop and collect the bike. This is due to a new policy recently introduced by TREK, that came into effect on 1 September 2007. Basically TREK's new policy is aimed at totally eradicating internet/mail order sales where a customer does not call to the shop to collect his new bike. We realise that when customers see Trek bikes advertised on our website they will want to purchase the bikes online. To avoid irritating our customers, by advertising TREK bikes online but then refusing to supply, we have decided not to put TREK bikes on our website until the public is aware of this new policy. However, if you call to our shop you will still be able to see one of the largest displays of TREK bikes in the UK. We will match or beat any price advertised online but you will need to call to our shop and collect your purchase.
