REPAIR SERVICE

To keep your bike in the best of health it will require a small amount of attention regularly. We also recommend a yearly service. Is your bike sick? If your bike does need to see a doctor our skilled mechanics will be pleased to handle any job no matter how small. Perhaps your bike is making ‘funny’ noises, bring it in and we will gladly give you a FREE, estimate of what needs doing and the cost. Below are a few things you can do yourself and a guide to our charges.

Keep tyres at correct pressure.
Clean bike regularly but not use a pressure washer as the powerful jet will get into bearings, washing out grease and replacing it with water and dirt.
Lubricate regularly, especially chain and cables.
Check all nuts and bolds for tightness regularly.
If you notice any mechanical problems, deal with them immediately! Ignoring them can be both costly and dangerous.

Basic Service

£45 (Excluding Parts)
(18, 20 & 24 wheeled kids bikes with gears £30)

Our Basic Service is a comprehensive job. This is the service for most customers who want to keep their bike in tip-top condition. The main difference between this and our Standard Service is the labour required in replacing worn parts.

Replace Tubes if not airtight

Standard Service

£60 (Excluding Parts)

If you ride your bike every day, we recommend you to give it the Standard Service at least once a year. Or perhaps your bike has not been serviced for years, now may be the time to go for the first class treatment.
